Art. 4 Allocation of the UID

1 The Federal Statistical Office (FSO) allocates every UID entity a unique UID free of charge.

2 Each UID is only allocated once.

3 The UID is allocated when the responsible UID service has communicated to the FSO the attributes pursuant to Article 9 para. 1 let. a.

Art. 4 Zuweisung der UID

1 Das Bundesamt für Statistik (BFS) weist jeder UID-Einheit unentgeltlich eine einzige UID zu.

2 Jede UID wird nur einmal zugewiesen.

3 Die Zuweisung der UID erfolgt, wenn die zuständige UID-Stelle dem BFS die Merkmale nach Artikel 9 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a gemeldet hat.
