Art. 13

1 The agencies responsible for maintaining the registers in terms of Article 2 paragraph 1 letters a–d maintain a record of the social insurance number within the meaning of Article 50c OASIA13.

2 The recording of other attributes is governed by the relevant federal provisions and the requirements of the catalogue in terms of Article 4 paragraph 4, provided the attribute is listed in the catalogue.

3 The Federal Office is consulted in the event of amendments to the content of a register.

Art. 13

1 Die registerführenden Stellen nach Artikel 2 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a–d führen die AHV-Nummer nach Artikel 50c AHVG13.

2 Die Führung anderer Merkmale richtet sich nach den massgebenden Bestimmungen des Bundes und nach den Anforderungen des Katalogs nach Artikel 4 Absatz 4, sofern das Merkmal im Katalog aufgeführt ist.

3 Das Bundesamt wird bei Änderungen am Inhalt eines Registers konsultiert.
