Art. 98a

The court at the domicile or at the seat of the defendant or the court at the place where the cultural property is located has jurisdiction to hear actions for repatriation in the sense of Article 9 of the Cultural Property Transfer Act of 20 June 200358.

Art. 98a

Für Klagen auf Rückführung von Kulturgut nach Artikel 9 des Kulturgütertransfergesetzes vom 20. Juni 200358 ist das Gericht am Wohnsitz oder Sitz der beklagten Partei oder am Ort, an dem das Kulturgut sich befindet, zuständig.
