Art. 113

If the characteristic obligation of the contract is to be performed in Switzerland, the action may also be brought before the Swiss court at the place of performance.

Art. 113

Ist die für den Vertrag charakteristische Leistung in der Schweiz zu erbringen, so kann auch beim schweizerischen Gericht am Erfüllungsort dieser Leistung geklagt werden.
