For actions concerning the modification of the civil register, the court of the district in which the entry to be modified was made or should have been made has mandatory jurisdiction.
Für Klagen, die eine Bereinigung des Zivilstandsregisters betreffen, ist zwingend das Gericht zuständig, in dessen Amtskreis die zu bereinigende Beurkundung von Personenstandsdaten erfolgt ist oder hätte erfolgen müssen.
