272 Schweizerische Zivilprozessordnung vom 19. Dezember 2008 (Zivilprozessordnung, ZPO)
Art. 20 Protection of personal privacy and data protection
The court at the domicile or registered office of either of the parties has jurisdiction to decide on:
- a.
- actions based on an invasion of the personal privacy;
- b.
- requests for a right of reply;
- c.
- actions for name protection and actions challenging a name change;
- d.
- actions and requests based on Article 15 of the Federal Act of 19 June 199219 on Data Protection.
Art. 20 Persönlichkeits- und Datenschutz
Für die folgenden Klagen und Begehren ist das Gericht am Wohnsitz oder Sitz einer der Parteien zuständig:
- a.
- Klagen aus Persönlichkeitsverletzung;
- b.
- Begehren um Gegendarstellung;
- c.
- Klagen auf Namensschutz und auf Anfechtung einer Namensänderung;
- d.
- Klagen und Begehren nach Artikel 15 des Bundesgesetzes vom 19. Juni 199219 über den Datenschutz.
