The federal body concerned shall notify the data recipient of the up-to-dateness and the reliability of the personal data that it discloses, provided this information is not evident from the data itself or from the circumstances.
Das verantwortliche Bundesorgan meldet dem Datenempfänger die Aktualität und die Zuverlässigkeit der von ihm bekannt gegebenen Personendaten, soweit diese Informationen nicht aus den Daten selbst oder aus den Umständen ersichtlich sind.
