1 Swiss representations abroad as well as the missions to the European Communities and to international organisations shall forward requests for information made to them to the office responsible in the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs. The Department regulates the responsibilities.18
2 In addition, the provisions of the Ordinance of 10 December 200419 on Military Controls apply to requests for information on military controls abroad.20

1 Die Vertretungen der Schweiz im Ausland sowie die Missionen bei den Europäischen Gemeinschaften und bei internationalen Organisationen übermitteln Auskunftsgesuche, die bei ihnen gestellt werden, der zuständigen Stelle im eidgenössischen Departement für auswärtige Angelegenheiten. Das Departement regelt die Zuständigkeiten.18
2 Im Übrigen gelten für die Auskunftsbegehren über die Militärkontrolle im Ausland die Bestimmungen der Verordnung vom 10. Dezember 200419 über das militärische Kontrollwesen.20
