For assistance provided by the FOCBS, Articles 56–57 of the Trade Mark Protection Ordinance of 23 December 19926 also apply.

Art. 9 Übrige auf die Hilfeleistung des BAZG anwendbare Bestimmungen

Für die Hilfeleistung des BAZG sind im Übrigen die Artikel 56–57 der Markenschutzverordnung vom 23. Dezember 19926 anwendbar.
