The coats of arms, flags and other emblems of the cantons, the communes and other public authorities recognised under cantonal law are determined by cantonal law.

Art. 5 Wappen, Fahnen und andere Hoheitszeichen der Kantone, Bezirke, Kreise und Gemeinden

Die Wappen, Fahnen und anderen Hoheitszeichen der Kantone, Bezirke, Kreise und Gemeinden werden durch das kantonale Recht bestimmt.
