Art. 29 Offences committed within a business

Articles 6 and 7 of the Federal Act of 22 March 197411 on Administrative Criminal Law apply to offences committed within a business by subordinates, agents or representatives.

Art. 29 Widerhandlungen in Geschäftsbetrieben

Bei Widerhandlungen in Geschäftsbetrieben durch Untergebene, Beauftragte oder Vertreterinnen oder Vertreter gelten die Artikel 6 und 7 des Bundesgesetzes vom 22. März 197411 über das Verwaltungsstrafrecht.
