Art. 7 Fees

For fees which must be paid in accordance with the TmPA or this Ordinance, the IPI Fee Ordinance of 14 June 201618 applies.

Art. 7 Gebühren

Für die Gebühren, die nach dem MSchG oder nach dieser Verordnung zu bezahlen sind, gilt die Verordnung des IGE vom 14. Juni 201618 über Gebühren.
