Art. 42 Subject matter of the publication

The IPI shall publish:

a.
the registration of the trade mark including the information under Article 40 paragraph 1 letters a–f and paragraph 2 letters a–e;
b.
the entries under Article 40 paragraph 3;
c.
the information under Article 40 paragraph 4 where its publication appears appropriate.

Art. 42 Gegenstand der Veröffentlichung

Das IGE veröffentlicht:

a.
die Eintragung der Marken, mit den Angaben nach Artikel 40 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a–f und Absatz 2 Buchstaben a–e;
b.
die Eintragungen nach Artikel 40 Absatz 3;
c.
die Angaben nach Artikel 40 Absatz 4, soweit deren Veröffentlichung zweckmässig erscheint.
