Art. 35

Partial or full cancellation of the trade mark registration is free of charge. Cancellation on the grounds of non-use is not free of charge.

Art. 35

Die vollständige oder teilweise Löschung der Markeneintragung ist gebührenfrei. Nicht gebührenfrei ist die Löschung wegen Nichtgebrauchs einer Marke.
