Art. 15 Examination on filing

If the filing does not meet the requirements of Article 28 paragraph 2 TmPA, the IPI may set a time limit for the applicant to complete the documentation.

Art. 15 Eingangsprüfung

Wenn die Hinterlegung den Erfordernissen nach Artikel 28 Absatz 2 MSchG nicht entspricht, so kann das IGE dem Hinterleger eine Frist zur Vervollständigung der Unterlagen ansetzen.
