Art. 81a Licensees’ right of action

Article 62 paragraph 3 and Article 65 paragraph 5 apply only to licence agreements that have been concluded or confirmed after the Amendment to this Act dated 22 June 2007 comes into force.

Art. 81a Klagebefugnis von Lizenznehmern

Die Artikel 62 Absatz 3 und 65 Absatz 5 sind nur auf Lizenzverträge anwendbar, die nach Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 22. Juni 2007 dieses Gesetzes abgeschlossen oder bestätigt worden sind.
