1 Contracts concerning copyright or related rights concluded prior to the commencement of this Act and decisions issued on the basis of such contracts remain in effect in accordance with the previous law.
2 Unless otherwise agreed, such contracts do not apply to rights first created by this Act.
3 Articles 13a and 35a do not apply to agreements concluded before the Amendment of 27 September 2019 came into force.105

1 Vor Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes abgeschlossene Verträge über Urheber- oder verwandte Schutzrechte und aufgrund solcher Verträge getroffene Verfügungen bleiben nach dem bisherigen Recht wirksam.
2 Soweit nichts anderes vereinbart ist, sind diese Verträge nicht anwendbar auf Rechte, die erst durch dieses Gesetz geschaffen werden.
3 Die Artikel 13a und 35a sind nicht anwendbar auf Verträge, die vor Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 27. September 2019 abgeschlossen wurden.105
