Art. 77g Costs

1 The destruction of the goods is carried out at the expense of the applicant.

2 The costs for collecting and safekeeping samples under Article 77e are decided by the court in connection with the assessment of claims for damages in accordance with Article 77f paragraph 1.

Art. 77g Kosten

1 Die Vernichtung der Ware erfolgt auf Kosten des Antragstellers oder der Antragstellerin.

2 Über die Kosten für die Entnahme und Aufbewahrung von Proben oder Mustern nach Artikel 77e entscheidet das Gericht im Zusammenhang mit der Beurteilung der Schadenersatzansprüche nach Artikel 77f Absatz 1.
