Art. 77d Consent

1 The destruction of the goods requires the consent of the declarant, holder or owner.

2 Consent is deemed to be given if the declarant, holder or owner does not expressly object to the destruction within the time limits given under Article 77 paragraphs 2 and 3.

Art. 77d Zustimmung

1 Für die Vernichtung der Ware ist die Zustimmung des Anmelders, Besitzers oder Eigentümers beziehungsweise der Anmelderin, Besitzerin oder Eigentümerin erforderlich.

2 Die Zustimmung gilt als erteilt, wenn der Anmelder, Besitzer oder Eigentümer beziehungsweise die Anmelderin, Besitzerin oder Eigentümerin die Vernichtung nicht innerhalb der Fristen nach Artikel 77 Absätze 2 und 3 ausdrücklich ablehnt.
