Art. 43 Term; publication

1 Authorisation is granted for five years; on expiry, it may be renewed for the same term.

2 Notice of the granting, renewal, modification, withdrawal and non-renewal of such authorisation shall be published.

Art. 43 Dauer; Veröffentlichung

1 Die Bewilligung wird für fünf Jahre erteilt; sie kann jeweils für weitere fünf Jahre erneuert werden.

2 Erteilung, Erneuerung, Änderung, Entzug und Nichterneuerung der Bewilligung werden veröffentlicht.
