Art. 820 E. Imminent insolvency, loss of capital and overindebtedness

The provisions of the law on companies limited by shares on imminent insolvency, loss of capital, overindebtedness and the revaluation of immovable property and participations apply mutatis mutandis.

Art. 817 IX. Haftung

Die Gesellschaft haftet für den Schaden aus unerlaubten Handlungen, die eine zur Geschäftsführung oder zur Vertretung befugte Person in Ausübung ihrer geschäftlichen Verrichtungen begeht.
