1 The cantonal cadastral surveying supervision agency determines whether initial surveys and renovations that began less than two years after this Ordinance came into force are to be conducted in accordance with the old or the new regulations.
2 The cantonal cadastral surveying supervision agency decides, in consultation with the Federal Directorate of Cadastral Surveying, whether, and if necessary to what extent, surveys in progress at the time this Ordinance came into force should be completed in accordance with the new regulations.
1 Die kantonale Vermessungsaufsicht bestimmt, ob Erstvermessungen und Erneuerungen, die vor Ablauf von zwei Jahren nach Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung begonnen wurden, nach alter oder neuer Ordnung auszuführen sind.
2 Die kantonale Vermessungsaufsicht entscheidet im Einvernehmen mit der Eidgenössischen Vermessungsdirektion, ob und allenfalls wieweit Vermessungen, die im Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Verordnung in Ausführung begriffen sind, nach neuer Ordnung zu Ende zu führen sind.
