1 Provisionally approved surveys must be replaced by an initial survey (resurvey) in accordance with the new regulations.
2 Definitively approved surveys must be renovated subject to the reservation of paragraph 3.
3 The DDPS regulates which definitively approved surveys carried out under the regulations in force before 10 June 1919 must be replaced by initial survey (resurvey) in accordance with the new regulations.
4 In definitively approved surveys based on control point networks that are not in the national coordinate system, the adjustment of the control network to satisfy the new regulations is deemed to be equivalent to an initial survey.92
5 Surveys approved in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance are considered to be valid surveys under the new regulations.93

1 Provisorisch anerkannte Vermessungen sind durch eine Ersterhebung nach neuer Ordnung zu ersetzen.
2 Definitiv anerkannte Vermessungen sind unter Vorbehalt von Absatz 3 zu erneuern.
3 Das VBS regelt, welche definitiv anerkannten Vermessungen, die nach den vor dem 10. Juni 1919 geltenden Vorschriften erstellt worden sind, durch eine Ersterhebung nach neuer Ordnung ersetzt werden müssen.
4 Bei definitiv anerkannten Vermessungen, deren Fixpunktnetz nicht im Landeskoordinatensystem erstellt wurde, gelten die Arbeiten zur Anpassung des Fixpunktnetzes an die neue Ordnung als Ersterhebung.92
5 Die nach den Vorschriften dieser Verordnung anerkannten Vermessungen gelten als Vermessungen neuer Ordnung.93
