Art. 7 Amount and payment

1 The solidarity contribution amounts to 25,000 Swiss francs for each victim.

2 It is paid to victims whose applications have been approved.

12 Amended by No I of the FA of 19 June 2020 (Abolition of the Deadline for Submitting Applications for Solidarity Contributions), in force since 1 Nov. 2020 (AS 2020 4175; BBl 2020 1639 1653).

Art. 7 Betrag und Auszahlung

1 Der Solidaritätsbeitrag beträgt pro Opfer 25 000 Franken.

2 Er wird den Opfern ausbezahlt, deren Gesuch gutgeheissen wurde.

12 Fassung gemäss Ziff. I des BG vom 19. Juni 2020 (Streichung der Frist zur Einreichung der Gesuche um Solidaritätsbeiträge), in Kraft seit 1. Nov. 2020 (AS 2020 4175; BBl 2020 1639 1653).
