Art. 6 Examination of applications and decision

1 The competent authority shall examine the applications and decide whether to grant the solidarity contributions.

2 It may process sensitive personal data under Article 3 letter c of the Federal Act of 19 June 199210 on Data Protection to the extent required to fulfil its task.

3 It shall consult the advisory committee (Art. 18 para. 2) before making its decision.

Art. 6 Prüfung der Gesuche und Entscheid

1 Die zuständige Behörde prüft die Gesuche und entscheidet über die Gewährung des Solidaritätsbeitrags.

2 Sie darf besonders schützenswerte Personendaten nach Artikel 3 Buchstabe c des Bundesgesetzes vom 19. Juni 199210 über den Datenschutz bearbeiten, soweit dies für die Erfüllung ihrer Aufgabe erforderlich ist.

3 Sie hört vor ihrem Entscheid die beratende Kommission (Art. 18 Abs. 2) an.
