Should mediation fail, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner shall provide the participants to the mediation proceedings with a written recommendation within 30 days of receipt of the request for mediation.
Kommt keine Schlichtung zustande, so gibt die oder der Eidgenössische Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragte innert 30 Tagen nach Empfang des Schlichtungsantrages den am Schlichtungsverfahren Beteiligten eine schriftliche Empfehlung ab.
