142.20 Bundesgesetz vom 16. Dezember 2005 über die Ausländerinnen und Ausländer und über die Integration (Ausländer- und Integrationsgesetz, AIG)
Art. 109j Supervision and implementation
1 SEM is responsible for the security of the Information System and the legality of the processing of personal data.
2 The Federal Council shall regulate:
- a.
- the organisation and operation of the system;
- b.
- the catalogue of data for the systems and the extent of access rights granted to the authorities mentioned in Article 109h;
- c.
- the technical and organisational aspects of measures to prevent unauthorised processing;
- d.
- the retention period for and the destruction of the data.
Art. 109j Überwachung und Vollzug
1 Das SEM ist für die Sicherheit des Informationssystems und die Rechtmässigkeit der Bearbeitung der Personendaten verantwortlich.
2 Der Bundesrat regelt:
- a.
- die Organisation und den Betrieb des Systems;
- b.
- den Katalog der Daten des Systems und den Umfang der Zugriffsrechte der in Artikel 109h genannten Behörden;
- c.
- die technischen und organisatorischen Schutzmassnahmen gegen unbefugtes Bearbeiten;
- d.
- die Aufbewahrungsdauer und die Vernichtung der Daten.
