1 Die Behörde, die den Finanzmarkt beaufsichtigt, ist eine öffentlich-rechtliche Anstalt mit eigener Rechtspersönlichkeit und Sitz in Bern.
2 Sie trägt den Namen «Eidgenössische Finanzmarktaufsicht (FINMA)».
3 Sie organisiert sich selbst nach den Grundsätzen einer guten Corporate Governance und wirtschaftlicher Betriebsführung. Sie führt eine eigene Rechnung.
