1 Die Beaufsichtigten, ihre Prüfgesellschaften und Revisionsstellen sowie qualifiziert oder massgebend an den Beaufsichtigten beteiligte Personen und Unternehmen müssen der Aufsichtsorganisation alle Auskünfte erteilen und Unterlagen herausgeben, die sie zur Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben benötigt.
2 Die Beaufsichtigten und die Prüfgesellschaften, die bei ihnen Prüfungen durchführen, müssen der Aufsichtsorganisation zudem unverzüglich Vorkommnisse melden, die für die Aufsicht von wesentlicher Bedeutung sind.
