1 Anspruch auf die Bewilligung hat, wer die Voraussetzungen dieses Abschnitts und die für die einzelnen Finanzinstitute anwendbaren besonderen Voraussetzungen erfüllt.
2 Vermögensverwalter und Trustees müssen mit dem Bewilligungsgesuch den Nachweis erbringen, dass sie von einer Aufsichtsorganisation nach Artikel 43a des Finanzmarktaufsichtsgesetzes vom 22. Juni 200710 (FINMAG) beaufsichtigt werden.
3 Der Bundesrat kann zusätzliche Bewilligungsvoraussetzungen festlegen, falls dies zur Umsetzung anerkannter internationaler Standards notwendig ist.

2 Portfolio managers and trustees submitting an application for authorisation are required to provide proof that they are subject to supervision by a supervisory organisation in accordance with Article 43a of the Financial Market Supervision Act of 22 June 200710 (FINMASA).
3 The Federal Council may define additional authorisation conditions if this is necessary for implementing recognised international standards.
