1 Wird ein Finanzinstrument, für das ein Basisinformationsblatt zu erstellen ist, öffentlich angeboten, so ist das Basisinformationsblatt spätestens mit Beginn des öffentlichen Angebots zu veröffentlichen.
2 Artikel 64 Absätze 3 und 4 gilt sinngemäss.
1 If a financial instrument for which a key information document has to be prepared is offered publicly, the key information document must be published no later than the beginning of the public offer.
