1 Der Ersteller überprüft regelmässig die im Basisinformationsblatt enthaltenen Angaben und überarbeitet sie, soweit sich wesentliche Änderungen ergeben.
2 Die Überprüfung und die Überarbeitung der im Basisinformationsblatt enthaltenen Angaben können qualifizierten Dritten übertragen werden. Der Ersteller bleibt für die Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit der Angaben auf dem Basisinformationsblatt sowie für die Einhaltung der Pflichten nach dem 2.–4. Kapitel (Art. 58–68) verantwortlich.
1 The producer shall regularly check the information contained in the key information document and revise it in the event of material changes.
2 The checking and revision of the information contained in the key information document may be assigned to qualified third parties. The producer shall remain liable for the completeness and accuracy of the details in the key information document, as well as for compliance with the duties set out in Chapters 2 to 4 (Articles 58 to 68).
