Art. 60 Inhalt

¹ Das Basisinformationsblatt enthält die Angaben, die wesentlich sind, damit die Anlegerinnen und Anleger eine fundierte Anlageentscheidung treffen und unterschiedliche Finanzinstrumente miteinander vergleichen können.

² Die Angaben umfassen insbesondere:

a.: den Namen des Finanzinstruments und die Identität des Erstellers;
b.: die Art und die Merkmale des Finanzinstruments;
c.: das Risiko- und Renditeprofil des Finanzinstruments unter Angabe des höchsten Verlusts, der den Anlegerinnen und Anleger auf dem angelegten Kapital droht;
d.: die Kosten des Finanzinstruments;
e.: die Mindesthaltedauer und die Handelbarkeit des Finanzinstruments;
f.: die Information über die mit dem Finanzinstrument verbundenen Bewilligungen und Genehmigungen.

Art. 60 Contents

¹ The key information document shall contain the information essential for investors to make a well-founded investment decision and a comparison of different financial instruments.

² In particular, the information shall include:

a.: the name of the financial instrument and the identity of the producer;
b.: the type and characteristics of the financial instrument;
c.: the risk/return profile of the financial instrument, specifying the maximum loss the investor could incur on the invested capital;
d.: the costs of the financial instrument;
e.: the minimum holding period and the tradability of the financial instrument;
f.: information on the authorisations and approvals associated with the financial instrument.
