1 Die gespeicherten Daten werden ab dem Zeitpunkt der Beschaffung durch das Zentralamt während höchstens zehn Jahren aufbewahrt. Die Einträge werden einzeln gelöscht.
2 Ist eine Person unter mehreren Einträgen erfasst, löscht das Zentralamt lediglich diejenigen Daten, deren Aufbewahrungsfrist abgelaufen ist. Die Identifikationsmerkmale nach Artikel 34b Absatz 2 Buchstaben c und d werden gleichzeitig mit dem letzten die Person betreffenden Eintrag gelöscht.

1 The stored data shall be retained by the Central Office for a maximum of ten years from the time of collection. The entries shall be deleted individually.
2 If a person is recorded in more than one entry, the Central Office shall delete only the data for which the retention period has expired. The identification features in accordance with Article 34b paragraph 2 letters c and d shall be deleted at the same time as the deletion of the last entry relating to the person.
