1 Der Inhaber einer Schmelzbewilligung hat bei der Ausübung seiner geschäftlichen Tätigkeit die Vorschriften des Gesetzes, die zugehörigen Ausführungsbestimmungen sowie die speziellen Weisungen des Zentralamtes strengstens zu befolgen und alles zu vermeiden, was einer Widerhandlung durch Dritte Vorschub leisten könnte.
2 Er ist verpflichtet, auf Firmenschildern, Briefköpfen, in Zeitungsinseraten sowie auf dem Internet auf die Tatsache der erhaltenen Schmelzbewilligung hinzuweisen.

1 In carrying out its business activities, the holder of a melter’s licence must strictly follow the provisions of the Act, the associated implementing provisions and the special directives of the Central Office and do all in its power to avoid anything that could encourage an offence by third parties.
2 The holder is obliged to refer to the fact that it holds a melter’s licence on company nameplates, letterheads, in newspaper advertisements and on the internet.
