Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,

gestützt auf die Artikel 6 Absätze 2 und 3, 7 Absatz 2, 8 Absatz 1, 9 Absatz 3 und
12 Absatz 3 des Patentanwaltsgesetzes vom 20. März 20091 (PAG),

verordnet:

Preamble

The Swiss Federal Council,

based on Article 6 paragraphs 2 and 3, Article 7 paragraph 2, Article 8 paragraph 1, Article 9 paragraph 3 and Article 12 paragraph 3 of the Patent Attorney Act of 20 March 20091 (PatAA),

ordains:
