Art. 34 Aktenheft

1 Das Aktenheft wird während fünf Jahren nach Löschung einer Eintragung im Register oder während fünf Jahren nach Abweisung eines Antrags auf Eintragung aufbewahrt.

2 In das Aktenheft können Einsicht nehmen:

a.
die in das Register eingetragene Person;
b.
Dritte, die ein begründetes Interesse nachweisen.

Art. 34 Dossier

1 The dossier shall be retained for a period of five years following deletion of a registration in the Register or for a period of five years following rejection of an application for registration.

2 The following persons may view the dossier:

a.
the person registered in the Register;
b.
third parties who can prove a justified interest.
