Art. 30ater Zertifikat

¹ Die Zertifizierungsstelle nach Artikel 23a, 28 oder 29 oder gegebenenfalls die Kontrollbehörde nach Artikel 23a stellt jedem Unternehmen, das ihren Kontrollen unterliegt und in ihrem Tätigkeitsbereich die Anforderungen dieser Verordnung erfüllt, ein entsprechendes Zertifikat aus. Das Zertifikat muss zumindest über die Identität des Unternehmens, die Kategorie der Erzeugnisse, für die das Zertifikat gilt, und seine Geltungsdauer Aufschluss geben.

² Erzeugniskategorien sind:

a.: unverarbeitete Pflanzen und Pflanzenerzeugnisse, einschliesslich Saatgut und anderes Pflanzenvermehrungsmaterial;
b.: Tiere und unverarbeitete tierische Erzeugnisse;
c.: verarbeitete landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse, die zur Verwendung als Lebensmittel bestimmt sind;
d.: Futtermittel;
e.: Wein;
f.: sonstige Erzeugnisse.

³ Das Zertifikat kann auch elektronisch ausgestellt werden, sofern seine Authentizität mittels einer anerkannten fälschungssicheren elektronischen Methode gewährleistet ist.

⁴ Die Zertifizierungsstellen sind verpflichtet, ein gemeinsames, aktualisiertes Verzeichnis der gültigen Zertifikate zu veröffentlichen. Das BLW kann ihnen vorschreiben, wo die Zertifikate veröffentlicht werden müssen.

Art. 30ater Certificate

¹ The certification body under Articles 23a, 28 or 29 or, if appropriate, the inspection authority under Article 23a shall issue a relevant certificate to each operator subject to its inspections which meets the requirements of this Ordinance in its area of operations. The certificate must indicate, as a minimum, the identity of the operator, the category of products to which the certificate applies and the expiry date of the certificate.

² Product categories are:

a.: unprocessed plants and plant products, including seeds and other plant propagating material;
b.: animals and unprocessed animal products;
c.: processed agricultural products intended for use as food;
d.: feedingstuffs;
e.: wine;
f.: other products.

³ The certificate may also be issued in electronic form provided that its authenticity is guaranteed by a recognised electronic method which is proof against forgery.

⁴ The certification bodies have a duty to publish a general, up-to-date list of valid certificates. FOAG may specify where the certificates must be published.
