910.18 Ordinance of 22 September 1997 on Organic Farming and the Labelling of Organically Produced Products and Foodstuffs (Organic Farming Ordinance)
Art. 25 Produzentinnen und Produzenten
1 Die Produzentinnen und Produzenten sind verpflichtet:
- a.
- eine Buchhaltung zu führen;
- b.167
- detaillierte Aufzeichnungen über den Pflanzenbau, die Nutztierhaltung und den Futter- und Hilfsstoffeinsatz zu führen;
- c.
- auf dem Biobetrieb bzw. in der biologisch bewirtschafteten Einheit bei Betrieben mit Obst- und Weinbau nur Betriebsmittel aufzubewahren, deren Verwendung im Rahmen der biologischen Landwirtschaft zulässig ist;
- d.
- der Zertifizierungsstelle zu Inspektionszwecken Zugang zu sämtlichen Wirtschaftsräumen und Parzellen sowie Einsicht in die Betriebsbuchhaltung und den entsprechenden Belegen zu gewähren und ihr zu Inspektionszwecken alle zweckdienlichen Auskünfte zu erteilen.
2 Im Übrigen gelten die Bestimmungen im Anhang 1.168
Art. 25 Producers
1 Producers shall be obliged:
- a.
- to keep accounts;
- b.167
- to keep detailed records of plant production, livestock production and use of fodder and agrochemicals;
- c.
- to store only production agents which are authorised for use in organic farming on the organic holding or, in the case of fruit- and vine-growing holdings, on the organic production unit;
- d.
- to grant certification body inspectors access to all production areas and parcels, to allow them to see farm accounts and relevant documentation and to provide them with all information necessary for inspection purposes.
2 The conditions laid down in the Annex also apply.168
