Für Aromen dürfen die Bezeichnungen nach Artikel 2 Absatz 2 nur verwendet werden, wenn es sich um Aromaextrakte oder natürliche Aromastoffe handelt, die nach Artikel 16k für die Verarbeitung zulässig sind und deren aromatisierende Bestandteile und Trägerstoffe alle biologisch sind.

For flavourings, the indications specified in Article 2 paragraph 2 may be used only if they are flavouring preparations or natural flavouring substances authorised for processing in accordance with Article 16k and their flavouring components and carriers are all organic.
