1 Wer gentechnisch veränderte Organismen für den Umgang in der Umwelt erstmals in ein bestimmtes Land ausführen will, muss bei der zuständigen Behörde dieses Landes die Zustimmung dafür einholen.
2 Das entsprechende Gesuch muss mindestens die Angaben nach Anhang 1 enthalten.
3 Der Gesuchsteller oder die Gesuchstellerin stellt dem Bundesamt für Umwelt (BAFU)13 eine Kopie des Gesuchs und des Entscheides des Ziellandes zu.
13 Die Bezeichnung der Verwaltungseinheit wurde in Anwendung von Art. 16 Abs. 3 der Publikationsverordnung vom 17. Nov. 2004 (SR 170.512.1) angepasst. Diese Anpassung wurde im ganzen Text vorgenommen.
1 Any person who intends to export genetically modified organisms to a given country for the first time for handling in the environment must first obtain the consent of the competent national authority of the country in question.
2 The application submitted to the said authority must as a minimum contain the information specified in Annex I.
3 The applicant must submit a copy of the application and of the decision of the importing country to the Federal Office for the Environment (the FOEN)13.
