1 Mitteilungspflichtige können die Angaben auch bis Ende Februar privaten Meldestellen mitteilen. In diesem Fall müssen sie dafür sorgen, dass die Meldestellen die Angaben zusammenfassen und dem BAFU jeweils bis Ende April mitteilen.
2 Das BAFU ist berechtigt, alle Einzelmeldungen einzusehen.
