1 In Fällen, in denen sich eine individuelle Dosismessung nicht eignet, hat die Bewilligungsinhaberin oder der Bewilligungsinhaber die Strahlendosis rechnerisch zu ermitteln; dies bedarf der Zustimmung der Aufsichtsbehörde.
2 Das EDI erlässt im Einvernehmen mit dem ENSI Bestimmungen zur rechnerischen Ermittlung der Strahlendosen.
3 Beim Flugpersonal kann eine rechnerische Ermittlung der Strahlendosis durch die Luftfahrzeugbetreiberin oder den Luftfahrzeugbetreiber selbst erfolgen. Die dazu verwendete Software muss dem Stand der Technik entsprechen.
1 In cases where individual dose measurement is not suitable, the licence holder must determine the radiation dose by calculation; this requires the approval of the supervisory authority.
2 The FDHA, in consultation with ENSI, shall issue provisions concerning the determination of radiation doses by calculation.
3 In the case of aircrew, aircraft operators may themselves determine radiation doses by calculation. The software used for this purpose must reflect the state of the art.
