Art. 48 Fachkommission für Radiopharmazeutika

1 Die Fachkommission für Radiopharmazeutika (FKRP) ist eine ständige Verwaltungskommission im Sinne von Artikel 8a Absatz 2 der Regierungs- und Verwaltungsorganisationsverordnung vom 25. November 199827 (RVOV).

2 Sie berät das Eidgenössische Departement des Innern (EDI), das Schweizerische Heilmittelinstitut und das BAG in Fragen der Radiopharmazie. Sie hat insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:

a.
Sie erarbeitet Gutachten zu Gesuchen um Zulassung von Radiopharmazeutika.
b.
Sie erarbeitet Gutachten zu sicherheitsrelevanten Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit Radiopharmazeutika.
c.
Sie berät das EDI bei der Anpassung von Anhang 1 der Arzneimittelverordnung vom 21. September 201828.29

3 Sie besteht aus Fachleuten der Wissenschaftsbereiche Nuklearmedizin, Pharmazie, Chemie und Strahlenschutz.

Art. 48 Expert Commission for Radiopharmaceuticals

1 The Expert Commission for Radiopharmaceuticals (ECRP) is a standing advisory commission within the meaning of Article 8a paragraph 2 of the Government and Administration Organisation Ordinance of 25 November 199827 (GAOO).

2 It shall advise the Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA), Swissmedic and the FOPH on radiopharmaceutical matters. In particular, it has the following tasks:

a.
it prepares reports on applications for the marketing authorisation of radiopharmaceuticals;
b.
it prepares reports on safety-related questions connected with radiopharmaceuticals;
c.
it advises the FHHA on the amendment of Annex 1 to the Therapeutic Products Ordinance of 21 September 201828.29

 It is comprises specialists from the fields of nuclear medicine, pharmaceutics, chemistry and radiological protection.
