Art. 25

Folgende Tätigkeiten gelten nach Artikel 8 StSG als nicht gerechtfertigt und sind daher verboten:

a.: der absichtliche Zusatz von Radionukliden bei der Herstellung von Lebens- und Futtermitteln, Spielwaren, Schmuck und Kosmetika;
b.: die Anwendung von Verfahren, die eine Aktivierung von in Spielwaren und Schmuck verwendeten Materialien bewirken;
c.: die Ein-, Aus- und Durchfuhr von Produkten nach den Buchstaben a und b.

Art. 25

The following activities are deemed to be unjustified in accordance with Article 8 of the RPA and are therefore prohibited:

a.: the deliberate addition of radionuclides in the production of foodstuffs and feedingstuffs, toys, personal ornaments and cosmetics;
b.: the application of methods involving the activation of materials used in toys and personal ornaments;
c.: the import, export and transit of products as specified in letters a and b.
