1 Ortsfeste Anlagen gelten als neue ortsfeste Anlagen, wenn der Entscheid, der den Beginn der Bauarbeiten gestattet, bei Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes noch nicht rechtskräftig ist.
2 Für ortsfeste Anlagen, die geändert werden sollen, gelten die Artikel 8–12 nur, wenn der Entscheid, der die Änderung gestattet, bei Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes noch nicht rechtskräftig ist.
3 Gebäude gelten als neue Gebäude, wenn die Baubewilligung bei Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes noch nicht rechtskräftig ist.
4 Für Gebäude, die geändert werden sollen, gelten die Artikel 31 und 32 Absatz 3 nur, wenn die Baubewilligung bei Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes noch nicht rechtskräftig ist.
