Art. 73 Anwendung des Verwaltungsstrafrechts
Die Artikel 6 und 7 des Verwaltungsstrafrechtsgesetzes vom 22. März 197493 gelten sinngemäss für strafbare Handlungen nach diesem Gesetz.
Art. 73 Application of administrative criminal law
Articles 6 and 7 of the Federal Act of 22 March 197493 on Administrative Criminal Law shall apply by analogy to offences under this Act.
