Art. 85 Inhalt des Informationssystems Medizinprodukte

¹ Das Informationssystem Medizinprodukte enthält folgende Daten:

a.: Produktedaten;
b.: Daten zu den Wirtschaftsakteuren;
c.: Daten zu den bezeichneten Stellen und den ausgestellten Bescheinigungen;
d.: Daten über klinische Versuche;
e.: Vigilancedaten;
f.: Marktüberwachungsdaten;
g.: Daten, die der Verwaltung und der Anpassung des Informationssystems Medizinprodukte dienen (Systemdaten);
h.: Authentifizierungsdaten, zugeteilte Anwenderrolle und Grundeinstellungen zur Benutzung des Informationssystems Medizinprodukte (Anwenderdaten).

² Das Informationssystem Medizinprodukte enthält Personendaten nur, soweit dies für die Erfassung und Verarbeitung der Informationen erforderlich ist.

Art. 85 Content of the medical devices information system

¹ This medical devices information system contains the following data:

a.: device data;
b.: data on economic operators;
c.: data on the designated bodies and certificates issued by them;
d.: data on clinical trials;
e.: vigilance data;
f.: market surveillance data;
g.: data that can be used to manage and adapt the medical devices information system (system data);
h.: authentication data, assigned user roles and basic settings for using the medical devices information system (user data).

² The medical devices information system only contains personal data where such data are required to record and process information.
