1 Die Händler und Importeure arbeiten mit den Herstellern oder ihren Bevollmächtigten so zusammen, dass die Produkte angemessen rückverfolgbar sind.
2 Die Offenlegungspflicht gemäss Artikel 47c HMG gilt mindestens 10 Jahre und bei implantierbaren Produkten mindestens 15 Jahren ab dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem das Produkt bezogen oder geliefert wurde.
