Art. 7a Öffentliche Apotheken und Spitalapotheken

Öffentliche Apotheken und Spitalapotheken müssen über eine Herstellungsbewilligung in folgendem Umfang verfügen:

a.: öffentliche Apotheken: über eine Bewilligung, die mindestens die Herstellung von Arzneimitteln nach Artikel 9 Absatz 2 Buchstabe a erlaubt;
b.: Spitalapotheken: über eine Bewilligung, die mindestens die Herstellung von Arzneimitteln nach Artikel 9 Absatz 2 erlaubt.

Art. 7a Public pharmacies and hospital pharmacies

Public pharmacies and public hospitals must hold a manufacturing licence that covers the following:

a.: public pharmacies: a licence authorising at least the manufacture of medicinal products in accordance with Article 9 paragraph 2 letter a;
b.: hospital pharmacies: a licence authorising at least the manufacture of medicinal products in accordance with Article 9 paragraph 2.
